How do we support people with welfare checks at home?

Some service users have conditions that could unexpectedly deteriorate, are at risk of losing their way, high risk of falls, fits, strokes etc. Our welfare checks give families and service users peace of mind that everything is okay. 

Our team can visit, make a brew and put the world to rights, whilst also making sure that our service user is safe. Welfare checks are great to use if a service users loved ones are away on holiday and just to check in, or are good last thing at night so we can make sure you are safe and our service users door is locked. 

Welfare checks can be merged with other services, efficient!
